We collect your name, email address, username and password that helps secure and provide you with access to our Services. We collect date of birth, weight, height, gender in order to provide more accurate performance analysis, placing you on group leaderboards, calculate BMI and other performance metrics.
Additionally, we may ask for a phone number in order to secure access to our Services (2-Factor Authentication), certain features may allow you to exchange your phone number with other users (not required and only with your consent, it will be explicitly requested from you). However, there are other opportunities to share information about yourself with other platform members and friends (see "Content You Share").
We collect and process information which you choose to upload manually or by integrations with 3rd party fitness tracking platforms (e.g., gps routes, date and time, your speed, pace, power...). We use this information in order to provide you with an analysis of your fitness level, suggest activities, routes, connections, products.
We analyze information from posts, comments, ratings, reviews, connections on the platform, activities, segments, location, events, products/gear you use in order to create a more personalized experience on the platform. In order to protect your privacy we provide settings to control the visibility of the content you share on the platform.
When submitting a payment through our Platform, you may provide payment information such as your credit card or other payment details. We use Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant third-party payment services and we do not store your credit card information. We may use your location in order to determine pricing.
When you sign in using a Third-Party service such as Google, or Apple, we may collect information that you have agreed to share such as name, email address, profile information. The amount of information we receive you can generally control on the Third-Party Account via privacy controls.
